Day 1 - October 12: Welcome to Boston – A Culinary Evening Awaits

Day 2 - October 13: Journey Through Time – Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation & Mayflower II
Set off on a journey to Plymouth Rock, the symbolic site where the Pilgrims first landed in 1620. Explore Plimoth Plantation, a living history museum that brings the 17th-century English village to life. Visit the Historic Patuxet Homesite to learn about the Wampanoag people. One of the highlights of your visit will be the Mayflower II, a full-scale reproduction of the original Mayflower ship that brought the Pilgrims to the New World in 1620. The Mayflower II, which arrived in Plymouth Harbor in 1957, serves as a floating classroom and a powerful symbol of the Pilgrims’ journey and the early history of America. You can walk around the main deck, orlop deck, and half deck, imagining the challenges faced by the 102 passengers during their transatlantic voyage. After a day of exploring these fascinating sites, you will return to Boston in the early evening.

Day 3 - October 14: Autumn Splendor – New England’s Fall Foliage & Cape Ann Charms
Experience the breathtaking beauty of New England’s fall foliage with a scenic coach ride through the picturesque Cape Ann area. Enjoy stops in quaint small towns, where you can savor local cuisine and explore charming shops. In the afternoon, visit the Lexington & Concord Museum to delve into the pivotal moments of the American Revolution.

Day 4 - October 15: Walk Through History – Boston’s Freedom Trail & Harvard Highlights
Start your day with breakfast before heading out for a morning Freedom Walk that includes visits to several historical attractions. You’ll start at Park Street Church, which played a significant role in the abolitionist movement, and then move on to the Granary Burying Ground, the final resting place of notable figures like John Hancock, Paul Revere, and Samuel Adams. Next, you’ll see the Ben Franklin Statue, honoring one of America’s Founding Fathers, and the Old Corner Bookstore, the oldest commercial building in Boston. The tour continues to the Old South Meeting House, where the Boston Tea Party began, and the Boston Massacre Site, a pivotal location in American history. You’ll also visit the Paul Revere House, the Old North Church, known for the “One if by land, two if by sea” signal, and the Bunker Hill Monument, commemorating one of the first major battles of the American Revolution. An optional visit to the campus of Harvard University, the oldest institution of higher education in the United States, is also available. In the afternoon and evening, you’ll tour the John Adams House in Quincy, the home of the second U.S. President and a key figure in American independence. For those interested, there’s an optional cruise on Boston Harbor to cap off the day.

Day 5 - October 16: Echoes of Liberty – Philadelphia’s Independence Hall & Liberty Bell
Travel to Philadelphia, the birthplace of American democracy. Visit Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were debated and adopted. Marvel at the Liberty Bell, an enduring symbol of freedom and justice. Before heading to the hotel to check in, stop by the Philadelphia Museum of Art to recreate one of the most famous movies of all time (1976, Rocky). Enjoy dinner on your own and an overnight stay in this historic city.

Day 6 - October 17: Revolutionary Roads – Washington Crossing & Valley Forge

Discover the Museum of the American Revolution and pay respects at Benjamin Franklin’s grave before traveling to Washington, D.C.
